I visited this shop to get tint installed on three of my cars on separate occasions. Tint installation job was well done on each car, but after just two years or so on each car, the tint started to turn purple. I gave this shop the benefit of the doubt. "Maybe it was just cheap quality tint at the time I purchased and had them installed," They touted that it was GREAT quality tint, but I was wrong. I have never used ammonia based cleaners, always park my cars in the sun (which I understand is one of the main factors of tint degradation), but GREAT quality tint does not purple after just two years. One of my cars has 15 year old tint installed, is parked in the sun constantly and it hasn't turned purple at all. What does that say about this shop's tint quality? If you want your tint to last for awhile, I would advise going elsewhere. Though, this shop does offer a tint warranty, I would rather not pay for labor (the removal and installation of the tint) which comes out to be the SAME price if I was just going in to have the tint installed! Why do this if the tint is just gonna purple in another two to three years assuming that they still use the same vendor that offers this cheap quality tint? Not to mention, I recommended this place to a family member two years ago and their tint is also starting to discolor. If you want to get tint done and not have to think about it for years down the line, I would take my money elsewhere. You have been warned!!!

I am here to update my review on this business. As per the ownerâs response to contact them at the email provided, it has been one week and a few days and I still have not heard from anyone despite âwantingâ to hear about my experience with my window tint and yes, I did check my Junk / Spam folder and no response from the business. Professional Auto Stereo & Security, I am unsure if it was unclear to you that I had three cars in your shop, plus a family memberâs car tinted at your location and was giving you yet another chance to acknowledge my problem with YOUR tint, but you have let me and your future customers down. I will not be doing business here nor recommending potential customers to your location. Like I stated, if you park your car in the sun 24/7 and want your tint to hold up for many years to come, I will happily tell you to have your window tint installed elsewhere.    Read moreDissatisfied to say the least with Alex & his lack of standing behind his work . I had brought my 2016 car in due to the tint Alex installed discoloring on all the windows . His first response to me was I use an ammonia based cleaner . Typical escape for warranty as most of you consumers know with todayâs tint that is not true unless youâre using a low quality tint product . In which this case is very low quality as Alex not only tinted 1 of our cars his establishment tinted 2 . Yes both vehicles have defective tint the second vehicle never gets driven & sits unless we need to use it . So back to my original complaint here . I took my vehicle to Alex to address the purpling of the installed tint . Alex tried to tell me under warranty he could only comp material & that it was on me to cover labor for both removing & re installing the tint . Also that the warranty as I assumed was lifetime was only 5 years . Well basic math here is my car was tinted in 2016 by Alexâs shop . The year is 2019 in July well within the warranted duration . For me rather then argue about this I opted to leave Alex my # to contact me as to how he would like to move forward . I was at his shop July 15 & requested he contact me on this by the weekend . I have never gotten a call back from neither Alex nor his manager to right this bad tint on my car . Alex I left my # fir you to contact me to have this tint on my wifeâs car re done I would expect that you would want to make this right .

   Read moreI gave this owner a chance to compromise and make things right before writing this post. After going in for a quote in the front and side windows , he required a 100.00 deposit for an appointment. I showed up like he requested at 9:00 am on my only day off. They didnât even start until sometime after 1:00. I was very specific as to what I wanted the front windshield to be and the sides a little darker. When I picked up the truck they sides were not as dark as supposed to be and the windshield was not done at all. He said when he said front he meant drivers and passengers windows. He refused to compromise at all I paid him and will not stop payment, but being a business owner myself this is bad business and if this would of happened at my shop I would of done something to make it right, but more importantly this would not of happened at all because clear communication is very important to have with your customer. Maybe he will re think his contracts to be more specific, but I will never be back to find out!
