This was one of our only seamless experiences since starting our home renovations. We called several companies and got great vibes with Jeff. He came out, was comfortable with the kids and dogs (even let one of our needy lap dogs stay on his lap getting pets and hugs). He took our design idea and showed us how we could move some things around to accommodate our needs and design desires best. It was a truly great experience. We were not planning on doing the closets in the next few months but he told us no rush and as soon as we were ready we could schedule. A little while later we worked our budget and got it all ironed out to start it. Paid our deposit and then, COVID hit. And our install date was delayed. As soon as allowed we were contacted by Tim about the earliest date they had. We took it. We were able to get in even earlier. They accommodated and stayed in great communication throughout. When the install crew arrived they were very professional and courteous and got it done in what seemed like no time at all. It was done while I was at work. And when I got home I was thrilled. I sat there just staring at it. So seamless and beautiful and came out perfectly like we designed and envisioned. I had an old wire rack system and we were able to eliminate one whole wall of system for just one wall with pribably 4 or 5 times more space and storage giving us so much more room too. Not an upgrade from builder installed closets. They won't tell you until after everything is installed that there will be chips from cutting the boards and they use a wax touch up stick to cover-up the chips. There are some spots that were touched up from damage not from cutting them. The shelves are not adjustable because the shelves towards the top of the closet will be a different width than the bottom (because your walls aren't straight enough, or the top shelf and bottom shelf werent cut precisely the same). They don't use carpenter shims to make things straight and square. Some of the closets were taken down and put back up at request because they were hung at different heights from the floor initially, identical closet designs but in different rooms. At the time of purchase we were told we would be getting 12 month financing but later the owner said everything needed to be paid upon install. Also expect paint and drywall damage if you actually try to move the shelves up or down. Only the top, bottom, and front have laminate and the back is rough particle board. The majority of the rods were cut too short and the end pieces dont stay flush. Discussed some of these disappointments with the owner after having the closets for 2 weeks or so and was told no one else has a problem with...

I choose Creative closets for doing both my walk in Kitchen Pantry and my Daughters new bedroom closet. They did an excellent and thorough job with my projects. I am super happy with entire process from the day the designer came on for the in home consultation until today when the installation team finished the projects. Designer Kelsey put all her best efforts and satisfied me even though I have done many changes to the designs and quoted patiently each design with the changes asked. She definitely is professional, knowledgeable and super friendly to understand my design needs. The installation team Austin and Jordon both worked hard with great pretty looking end results and neat finished job. They arrived on time and completed the projects in time and they didn’t rush to finish. They both were super nice, hardworking and friendly. Last Jake the boss for the team was great in communication to order and set the installation date, time and made sure the team performed their best to deliver the projects as promised. In all, I am super excited to start using the finished closets as they are awesome looking and functional just to my needs. I surely recommend them to all my friends who want custom closets.
