DO NOT DO IT! Sooooo much ILLEGAL and morally wrong stuff going on
Letâs start with the fact that when I initially applied I was denied, and then I went a second time to reapply with new employment, and informed the manager that was there then that I knew somebody that lived here, as soon as I said, that personâs name the manager at the time her demeanor completely changed she âexpeditedâ my move in process and application and move me into âthe only available apartmentâ the apartment that the leasing office was using for the restroom daily âŚ
Fast forward a few months and the manager got let go,we had two or three leasing managers that didnât stay very long and then for two months there was no leasing agent in the office. Now we have a new leasing âmanagerâ who gets to make up what hours the office is open, bring her dogs in (who will bark at residents coming in) and leave earlier than the office hours state.. numerous occasions I would leave work early in order to make it before the office closes to get here to find it. Itâs already closed at 3 PM.
They WILL NOT GIVE ACCESS TO LAUNDRY OR LET YOU GET YOUR BELONGINGS
The communication (phone,emails) is pretty much non existent unless you have money or want to rent an apartment. Theyâre rarely available during the week and closed on the weekends so anyone with her Monday through Friday job is pretty much out of luck if they need to communicate with the office, unless you take time off of work to come speak to them, or catch them before they walk into the office. It took over a month, many calls/voicemails and several follow ups and me getting frustrated to even get a response to a few important emails. But I did get a response (to only one of my 4 emails) when I requested hours of operation to make a payment . When they finally responded to my other emails the response that I got was very snarkey and completely incorrect information. I was told that the reason maintenance entered my apartment WITHOUT my permission was because I had stated I âhad a water leakâ Not once did I say that there was a water leak I informed them that my dishwasher was not draining properly. What is the point of asking residence if you can enter their home if you were just gonna do it anyways! Complete violation of privacy and frankly unprofessional. Not to mention I got not an ounce of remorse or apology for taking so long to answer my question and they basically told me I was incorrect and I shouldâve stopped what I was doing.
They are claiming âHUD guidelines compliantâ but are charging market value rates at 1900 for a 2 BEDROOM. Find somewhere else that has laundry and is SAFE

   Read moreLived here a few years ago (2019) and the manager at that time was the main cause of my leaving. I then returned because that person was gone and I wanted to be closer too my eldest kiddo. I've lived here now for a few years (4+) and am beyond grateful for the staff that's here now. They had a few temps until they found someone who was looking for more than part time work and the maintenance is beyond awesome. The property used to be so dirty, gross, messy, trash everywhere, drug addicts and thieves thrived here but not anymore and I'm grateful for that. Management has shown they care about the community as a whole and has tirelessly made things all the better. I feel safe walking around the property with my kids, I feel safe going to the new park across the street and I feel safe knowing my vehicle isn't going to get broken into like it was under previous management. Sometimes there's this really chill dog named Bob who visits the manager I guess but he's so friendly if he ever comes out and I've seen him like twice now. Any issues with my apartment has been resolved almost immediately and I can honestly say I have no complaints. I personally don't like the size of the laundry machines here so I just take my giant loads of laundry to the laundromat up by qfc which is totally okay. I have a large family (3 kids that love clothes) so I honestly prefer going up there anyhow so that's not a management problem. The apartment I got was infected with carpet bugs, the carpet supposed to be new, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were painted on top of the dirtiness, the front door is broken and just fixed with two screws, which is hard to lock the door. I have mildew on the windows frames, which mildew causes bad illness and can kill a person. The balcony has deck, which all the water goes to the tenant first floor and it is covered with mildew on top and under, the smell is bad. The laundry facility is most of the time dirty and small washing machines, so it is not good to wash the clothes here. There is parking space for only one car, so the rest has to park outside, very bad because this community is on a curve street and the cars cover the vision.
