Bayshore clothing in Marathon is more than just a great place to shop. I'll start with the basics. I used to live in marathon and would always stop in the shop after grabbing something from sweet savannah's next door. I can honestly say that this is one of the best places to go to get a genuine gift for someone out of town or if you're a tourist and want to bring something back to the family. They have a wide variety of clothing, ranging from nice clothes to wear out to beach themed t shirts, and their jewelry is probably my favorite part about the store. Anything you get here will be higher quality and much more appreciated as a gift, or for yourself, than something you would get at a shell world or sandal factory. The best part, however, is the people working there. They are always kind and helpful when you come in and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need. Here's my story: I currently live in Nashville and wanted to make Mother's Day special even from 1,000 miles away. The first place I looked to for a gift was Bayshore clothing, and I found a super cute turtle necklace that I knew my mom would love. I reached out to some of my connections down there to have them pick up the gift and deliver it to my mom but plans fell through and they couldn't make it, and they were going to be closed on Sunday (Mother's Day)! I was freaking out thinking I was going to look like a terrible son when I got a call out of nowhere. It was Miss Teri from Bayshore Clothing asking if there was anything she could do to help. I told her my situation and she did not hesitate to go out of her way to go back to the store after closing and take the necklace to my mother at work. She even picked up the cookies I ordered from next store! I could not believe a stranger would go through all of this for someone she didn't even know, but I was very grateful for it. My mom got her gifts and was ecstatic, she loved the necklace and ate the cookies as soon as they got there. Visit this store! You will not be disappointed. They have a large selection of clothes and accessories. And they go above and beyond to help customers. They didn’t have my size in a top I loved. Jena asked if I’d like to leave my contact info and if/when one came in she would get ahold of me. I actually thought I’d never hear another word from the shop but sure enough she texted me! The top came in and was holding it for me. Not only that, but she gave me free shipping and sent the top out that same day. Talk about customer service!! Bayshore Clothing is a must-stop shop when in Marathon. They have a great selection of ladies, men’s and children’s apparel. They also have a large selection of local merchandise, including Fred the Tree apparel and lots of FL Keys tees. I especially loved the selection of sea glass, which includes jewelry, ornaments and home decor. I found national brands such as Brighton, Life is Good, Spartina and Coolibar.
