I decided to check this place out after reading all the excellent reviews. My husband and I went in for our first visit, not 1 of the 3 or 4 people working acknowledged our presence. My husband was interested in men's clothing, he walked around the store a couple times only to realize the store has women's clothes only. They do have a nice selection of women's clothes but, in my opinion, priced waay to high for used clothing. Im not talking about the used Chanel or Burberry, im referring to the regular clothes like Express sweaters and Pink brand sweatshirts priced above $10, which is ridiculous! Along with the ridiculously high prices, the sales staff were in their own little world, talking amongst themselves, not the least bit concerned with answering questions, greeting customers or selling any items from their store. There is nothing worse than a thrift store selling overly priced inventory with a sales staff who take themselves waay too seriously. Lol we...

I have shopped here for over 20 years. Recently, I've spoken with some other women who have had the same unfortunate experience as me. I am a HUGE shopper. I took several Brand new items with tags in for consignment. Three times, they rejected different multiple items. I took them to another store and each time they purchased almost everything. I spoke with 3 other women who said this was theirs exact same experience. Now this is always with the same woman we discovered. An older woman with shoulder length blonde hair. She's been there as long as I've been shopping there. Although polite, she refuses items from multiple black women. I don't know if she's racist, using stereotypes or unaware. But I haven't been back & don't have plans to go back. It's unfortunate because our group enjoyed shopping here, but she treats buys from black customers much differently from others....and...

This used to be my fav consignment shop! It’s been a while since I have shopped here. They do still have amazing clothes and products! However, I dislike how they have grouped everything together by color/garment type versus size. Some racks are by size but many are not. I found it very tedious to go through the racks and find things I liked in my size. It would be nice if they went back to organizing by size versus color. I ended up leaving because I grew tired of looking through every single piece of clothing and I was running out of time… and patients. Took me a long time to go through everything on the rack just to find a lot items that I liked, but they...
