Fresco Furnishings — Local services in Columbus

This store has been in business for years. My review is not based on one occurrence.I have come away happy and satisfied over the many times I have shopped there. The items chosen for consignment are always of the finest quality, and the prices are decided upon fairly. As for the prices: this shop is competitive with other Columbus consignment shops. Customer service is great: the staff is knowledgable and friendly. I have spent hours, over time, just walking around... looking and dreaming. I really enjoyed those times and look...

I went in today to collect on items that were sold. I didn't see the remaining pictures that didn't sell. I was told that after 90 days they give them to charity. The woman said I had signed the agreement. Yes I had but who reads all the fine print. That is something that you show TELL someone up front. Plus a email to remind you that your 90 days are almost up would have been nice. I also DO NOT believe that items ARE GIVEN to charity. The one picture I had was worth over 300. This whole experience has been very upsetting....

This was my first time at Fresco Furnishings. I was looking for some lamps. I was greeted when I came in and offered help if I needed any. I was happy to see that the prices listed were tiered based on date. This gave me the option to take a chance and wait on something if I wanted to pay less.
