Edited to add: Kayla, Divinity and Jason worked hard to resolve my issues. I could not be happier with the customer service resolution I received. I will definitely shop there again if I need more furniture. Thank you all, you are a great team@ (I'm sorry I don't remember the young man's name who is going to pick up the chair I currently have and deliver my new selection, but thanks to him as well)

First, I was charged $50 extra and had to call and complain to have it refunded. Second, before I made a selection I asked about delivery date and asked again before purchased. When I looked at the paperwork I saw the delivery date was 2 weeks later than I was told. More than 3 weeks from date of purchase. When I complained, they did go out of there way to get it there begore the dste I expected. Third, when I got the chair and used it for a week or so, I didn't feel as comfortable as I felt when I tried it in the store. I drove an hour to the nearest store to see if I could confirm my complaint and the chair in the store sat different than the one in my home. They told me there was a warranty and if they could not correct the issue, I could choose a different chair. I waited over a week to hear from the warranty department and they said they would get back to me to schedule a service time. They did not. They sent me an email that said I wasn't in the warranty area (imagine that - a warranty in an area it is not valid) and I could choose another chair. I would need to bring back the chair I don't want and pick up the chair I do want or pay another deliver fee. So, I not only have to pick up my new selection that was made as part of a useless warranty, but I have to haul the chair I don't want back! Nice...

Going to give them 4 star cause my first table I bought from there was so very irritating to put together. If you have a husband or installer pay the extra 100 for installation! Way worth the headache. I ended up giving that table to my mom as that was a rushed decision. She likes it okay just very bulky. Top layer has some chipping just from simple use. So that's disappointing payed around 900 for the entire set. Black triangular set. On the other hand, my couch I bought 2021, and new table looks farm like. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My table is beautiful and couch is so comfy it electric reclines and is just a real pretty color. I'll just say if it's in the cards for you, and at all possible get exactly what you want and are looking for; cause you are uniquely made and hand crafted by the father in Heaven. So dont settle for just ok. Unless you dont care of course. I hope you find what your looking for and I can say the staff was pretty great! Also your table wont be solid wood, but on a budget at least the top layers of the entire piece are! My place is a mess right now but will post pics...

Absolutely the best service from the first time I walked in until delivery 🚚 😀 I’m crazy and had to keep coming back…4 times 🤦🏻‍♀️ checking measurements, color swatches, table height… and everyone was incredibly patient and helpful. In the end I ended up with the perfect sofa and tables with a perfect fit!! 🤩

It’s so well made and so comfortable I’m in awe that I was able to get all three quality pieces on my tight budget. I seriously am so excited to get my lamps and curtains this weekend to finish the look 😊

Marina and Jason went above and beyond. Marina ran numbers and measurements and combinations for me over and over until I had what I needed for the right price and Jason set up delivery and stayed on top of it so that we had our furniture in a very small window of time due to our insane schedules.

I could go on, but you get the point 🤣 The great furniture is awesome, but the people made it an extraordinary experience. I’m already planning our next purchase:):) (I’ll post more pics when the...
