Chicken Express — Restaurant in Marble Falls

Place has always been well maintained and good customer service. However it has been slipping quickly in the past few months. 1-30-19 we went through the drive through and had a poor experience with a you lady at the window. She was quite rude and put out. The worst part is when we asked for more ketchup she noticeably was put out and when she showed back up she dropped the ketchup in the bag. We got home to find the ketchup covered in honey. Obviously not accidentally. I called to speak with the manager. The manager may or may not have been the person who answered because the voice sounded similar, and was not helpful at all. She said okay thank you and got off the phone. Poor customer service. I am writing this as one business owner hoping the owner here will see this and address this lack of customer service before this locations reputation is tarnished. Also, the order was missing some items. No big deal. That happens from time to time and I can get over that. The thing I refuse to get over is obvious, childish...

Horrible service, bland food and lazy employees. Made us wait 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom before coming out to tell us it did not work. After which the girls starts to take the order by MEMORY which was a disaster. Then come to find out they don't "allow" kids to have french fries with their meal, apparently the portion is so small they refuse to make them. We eat out twice a month, when we do all 7 of us eat out and we only do it on grocery day like so many parents I know. Which means we will be eating in the car. What kid wants mashed potatoes, cole slaw or beans with their meal? And what parent will allow their kids to eat this food in the car? You are making fries for 5 older people, why not throw some extra fries in the fryer for the kids? Even the employees admit the practice of no fries on the kids meal is stupid. Their lack of customer service and inability to give the customer the food they want could explain why this place is always empty. Oh well, they lost a good 60 bucks a visit...

Not impressed. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings and got overcooked dry boneless nuggets with no sauce. Ordered 2 meals (1 boneless wings and the other 2 piece fish) and the girl automatically upgraded both orders to 44 oz drinks. Then tried to tell us the 32 oz is what came with the meal. Had to show her the receipt where she charged us for the upgraded drinks. I ate 1 nugget that was so dry, I went up to ask for some buffalo sauce and I got offered ranch or gravy. I said gravy then they tried charging me a dollar for the gravy. I said to keep it. I was only able to eat 2 nuggets and then threw it in the trash. The mac and cheese was so runny that the cheese wouldnt stick to the noodles, ended up throwing it on the trash. The girls working were more excited about touching and hugging each other than they were in trying to help anyone. So not impressed with this location and prolly won't stop...
