Wingman Brothers Smoke House — Restaurant in Marble Falls

Wingman Brothers Smokehouse was amazing! It is the first time that I go and I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it. We were a total of 7 people, a couple of dear friends, my family and I celebrating our oldest son's water baptism. We ordered a Large Family Pack, where we able to choose three different kinds of meat, and a stuffed baked potato. The Large Family Pack not only came with delicious, tender and tasty meats it also comes with three sides. We chose Mac & Cheese, Potato salad and Fire Roasted Corn. Everything was perfect! A side note, I definitely recommend everyone that is going to try the Fire Roasted Corn, it was very, very good. Not only did we all eat to our satisfaction, but we still had leftovers! The staff was so good at helping us choose and welcoming us. They made us feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. On a scale of 1 through 5, 5 being the highest, best score I give it a 5. My first time at Wingman Smoke House. It's a small unassuming restaurant that you might miss if you weren't looking for it. Seems to be plenty of parking in the back and there is dining inside.

I am not sure when they open, but when I got there just a little after 1pm on a Sunday, they had already sold out of the ribs. I ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato salad.

Overall, I would say the pork was satisfactory, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The meat was very salty and I almost didn't finish it. There was quite a bit of fat with the meat. Topped with a few pickle chips but overall, pretty dry and again, way too salty.

I will likely come back to try some ribs and brisket but I see I need to get there much earlier if I want that. The staff are nice. I was also shocked to see the prices. Best BBQ spot around considering nobody cares of quality wingman are the last of a dying breed....I'm a big fellow so my 3 meat plate and drink is over 20$ so the reasons for 4 stars is the over priced food but on the flip side its delicious and ill pay good money for quality items even if I deem it over priced .....I love they're food and the staff is on point!!!! Swing on in and pick up some great food and a t-shirt and hat for good measure if your a visitor! Thank you wingman for serving marble falls and its surrounding areas with grade A delicious grub!!!!!!
