Mattress Firm Marble Falls — Hotel in Marble Falls

Very displeased with the mattress as it has squeaked from day one, not very comfortable. Cheap quality! I talked to Andy from Mattress Firm and was going to pay a bigger price for a better mattress and to get the free adjustable bed but that was not an option for me. I guess I have to stick with my original decision and hope that this next mattress doesn't squeak because if it does they can take it and refund my money completely as the reviews I've read after purchasing this have not been very good as there was a defect in these mattresses. Very displeased overall! Andy called back to try to see what else we could do and it almost seemed like a big argument so therefore I will not deal with this individual again and if I have another problem with this mattress I will go higher up and have my money refunded and choose somewhere...

We bought the mattress firm version of the purple mattress. The service was absolutely the best the staff was very versed in the sleep technology. I am very knowledgeable however learned a few knowledge from the associates. I didnt realize how the sleep technology had evolved. The setup was completely different from the old mattress box spring setup i had previously. The prices were very affordable and i sleep so much better and wake up so much more relaxed. They sweetened the deal 3 times over and i got out of there for around $4000 for top of the line pedestal and purple grid 3 hybrid mattress with carbon pillows and mattress liners including setup and delivery. I am very happy with my purchase and ask myself why didnt i do this...

We were in need of a new mattress for our guest room so we stopped at Mattress Firm in Marble Falls because we've purchased there before and have had a great experience.

Today was no different! Andy was the store salesman - He greeted us when we came in, even though he was with another customer. We started looking around and he joined us shortly, ask questions about what we were looking for, gave us three great options and explained the difference between each one. Very personable, very real, able to cut to the chase when answering our questions.

Appreciated him so much, that we purchased pillows and linens from there as well, even though they are less expensive probably anywhere else. Highly recommend this...
