I am extremely disappointed with this company! One of my family member won a contest and was promised a free service, but after several weeks of waiting and following up, nothing was ever done. NO communication, NO updates, and absolutely NO service provided. It’s incredibly frustrating to be misled and ignored. I wouldn’t trust them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous! If I could put zero stars I would have. What kind of company would willingly promise free service after winning and not getting what they promised. False...

I can't stress how amazing this company is! We hired them for my college graduation party and it turned out so beautiful! She was so helpful leading up to the party and extremely hands-on.
