I would not recommend this place AT ALL. First and foremost, the entire place was plastered with idiotic prints promoting the so called ''all lives matter movement'' as well as prints preaching about how you should respect your troops. I should also mention the fact that they didn't entirely clean the piercing, and how the piercer himself spoke to me, a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD, about how idiotic Joe Biden was and about how he was anti-mask. The piercer began speaking ill of the two earlier mentioned items all because I suggested to take off my mask to properly pierce my ears. Overall, I believe that Angels and Outlaws is an extremely unprofessional establishment, and I suggest that anyone interested in getting a piercing or tattoo take their business elsewhere if you don't want to do business with...

Arin made sure to pay attention to every detail and always asked us questions before each step of the tattoo.
