Hello and my name is Zac. The following happened Sept 30, 2022 just after 2pm at this Taco Bell location. Im moving to Florida and stopped by this Taco Bell, opening the door everyone inside greeted me, again everyone greeted me. Needed a quick restroom break before ordering, everything past the bathroom door was squeaky clean and even the hand sanitizer was stocked. After my pleasant experience I walked over to the self service kiosk and one of the team members, attending next to me, made sure I ordered everything I wanted. Gave me my happy hour drink and by the time ice, Baja Blast and lid were in place they we already calling out my name. Let me add the team member suggested an item during the order and I agreed. The same team member opened the door for a warm exit and made sure nothing else was needed. Driving down the road my food was cooked perfect, not too much nor left me hungry and 8 hours later my tailored experience is still running around my head. Read moreMy mom went through drive through and ordered an enchrito. She was told she can only order it online. My mom who is 70yrs old does not know about online or app to order from and at her age she isn't interested in learning. She instead ordered a Mexican Pizza. When she got to the window to pick up her pizza she asked the girl if she had to order it on the app. This girl told her she could get one and she didn't know why the other girl told her that but she would have to go through the drive thru again because she can't order from the pickup window. Her other option was to park and go into the lobby. She took her Pizza and left although she has been excited that Taco Bell was finally bringing back the enchrito. We joked about how much she loves those things. I called and spoke to Pat, the manager on duty and was told it can only be ordered online by the app or from the kiosk in the lobby. What about the older generation that knows nothing about apps and online ordering? My mom is old school with no social media and definitely no apps. I have a hard time believing Taco Bell couldn't ring in an enchrito for my mom. Shame...
Read moreI ordered my food online with the app. When I got there I went to the counter to get my cup for my drink while I waited. The cashier said she never got my order. I informed her I ordered online with the app, I had my order confirmation number. She said it didn't matter if I had that, if the order went through it would have come across her screen. I waited another 5 minutes to see if it came through and nothing. So she tells me I would need to order again if I wanted something. So I just reordered the same thing. As soon as I ordered that the people in the back say they have an online order ready. They ask if its mine, I tell them what happened and they are like well this looks like your order. I ask the cashier again is she sure the order didn't go through she said no, it would have to go across my screen first and it didn't. They say well this is for a heather. Well in the end they did have my order from online and I ordered in store again so I got charged twice but got one meal. VERY, VERY disappointed and out money I can't seem to get refunded from the online...
