I work on the road on solar farm projects. I am on a project near Paxton Fl. I had lost the keys to 2021 fifth wheel Rv at work. I called around 830 pm and they dispatched a technician immediately and sent him on the way. My family and I have used Firehouse ever since they opened for all our lock and key needs. They are family owned and operated and will do whatever it takes to keep you going. It is several hour trip to get to Paxton. While I was waiting I returned to work and crawled over the fence with a flashlight. After going to the place I had loads I found the keys buried in the dirt. I immediately called the technician and said he was about half way here. I told I had found my keys. He replied no problem Then asked him how much I owed him and he replied nothing. Employee was nice enough the first day, said he wanted to come back another day to finish up installing as the door was offset and it would be just putting a band aid on it and wanted to do it right, I agreed. However I took the day off work the day he was supposed to come and I had to text late in the day to find out they were shorthanded, which I understand, yet it would have been courteous to have gotten a call as soon as they knew that they couldn't get to me. I ended up having to leave my key which I am uncomfortable with people in my house without me there, but I had no other choice as I had already lost out on a days work. Angels sent from Heaven, I say!!! Somehow a family member managed to drive off without his keys from about four hours away. I don’t know how that happened, but it happened. Meanwhile, this family member is in this tiny little town in Florida passing through the couple who work here I don’t know if they’re the owners or not bent over backwards to make sure that this family member was back on their way and they did not charge an arm and a leg.

It has been a long time since I have seen such an ethical helpful business. If you have any opportunity to throw this company some business, please do so hopefully not in such a dire circumstance is that my family member had.
