My daughter’s phone was broken and I took it here to be fixed. I assumed the issue was the glass front and back needed to be replaced. I took it here on a Wednesday and came back to get it on Friday. Not even 10 mins after leaving my daughter noticed that the phone would shut off after a few minutes. Further inspection we saw that the back of the phone wasn’t even completely sealed. Jonna who was the woman who fixed the phone said that it probably just needed to be updated. Others had this issue and that seemed to fix it. 24hrs later it is still not staying completely on. Jonna is saying that the issue is probably the motherboard and id need to pay for a new motherboard to solve the issue. You don’t think she’d be privy to this information before replacing the screen? Do you guys not do diagnostics? My daughter has a fixed front screen with a partial sealed back that shuts off every 5 minutes of use. The technician is unwilling to help despite her negligence. I went there 2 have the back replaced on my phone, even though Mr. John seemed nice I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the part. Needed a cell phone battery, already had checked several others stores. This was my last stop of the day. Bingo, jackpot. $20:00 bucks for a new battery. Other stores was asking $39.95 and up.
