I did only one visit. I was checking out different things cause I didn't know what to expect from a gym. While I did get to use a massager chair, not one employee asked any questions about me when I was walking through. Nor mentioned that there is a very specific dress code i.e. sneakers or specific shoes required for equipment. It wasn't until I was checking out the treadmill that I was approached 3 times in less than 10 minutes. My husband was with me.    Read moreIâm town visiting family and just needed a gym to visit for a few days. When I first called Planet Fitness to get details about their hours and prices, an employee named Anthony picked up. This is the first time that I can remember where I was on the phone with a businessâs employee who sounded genuinely happy to talk.

He is the perfect balance of professional and personable, and in todayâs world there are not many like him anymore.
I wouldnât be surprised if he is the owner doing some kind of âundercover bossâ show or something. If he likes this industry, I could definitely see him owning a string of these gyms in the near future. Thank you for the warm hospitality and...

The back issue is I see dads and moms have elementary school age kids come in use the equipment and all Iâm not looking for pity or free stuff but discrimination because of his braids is ridiculous owner I hope you take this and address it...
