Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Marianna

I cannot begin to express how unprofessional and unhelpful the staff was when I visited. I wish I would’ve recorded it and next time I will. Someone needs to be made aware of how customers are treated in this store and maybe send staff to a training refresher course. They don’t stock it’s all in the back and maybe they will go get it but you’ll get an attitude for asking them to do their job and let’s hope you’re in no hurry. Here’s a helpful hint if the stuff was out on the shelves I wouldn’t need you to go in the back and get it. But I’m used to that it’s been going on awhile, the worst of it was how they treated a customer. That’s why I decided to write a review. They basically screamed at her asking if she was sure she even had the money in the bank when her card wouldn’t go through. The reason the lady’s card wouldn’t go through is that being so astute the cashier (who I think was if you can believe it a manager) didn’t sign into machine. Did they apologize nope they still were rude and she had maybe a 9 year old with her. Way to show the next generation how to treat people and what Tractor Supply thinks of their customers. Not to reflect on the store itself because all Tractor supply Co are great.

I came there to see the pet clinic they offer on selective Sundays during the month for a rabie shots and more. I was there for just a rabies shot. We arrive 15 min from the start time of 1:30pm when we wait in line being second person to be seen. We wait and wait... To find out the veterinarian was late over 20 minutes late and at this point it becomes a line. Right off the bat I wasn't impressed. She was not apologetic and came in not presentable. So it's our turn she says hello and states my dog is overweight instantly. Now I'm not in denial about my three dogs needs, but that was uncalled for. More so because it wasn't true because when you have a fluffy dog miss judging can happen and honestly I don't appreciate her remark without speaking to me about him. Even so it was not her place knowing I am there for the one shot that is not a medical concern about my large breed size. Yeah it seems like it's not a big deal, but being on time, kind, friendly, and giving proper knowledge is important. I...

I frequently come in to buy my dog his food from here. He is a black lab and has severe food allergies and can only eat certain ingredients. Tractor Supply is the only place I can find it locally but they only carry the small bag. When I was checking out I was just making friendly conversation telling them how I'd love to be able to find the large bag of food. The lady named Kim was SO helpful!!!!! She went to see if they could actually special order it to the store for me. Unfortunately the store is not large enough to carry it. But she went above and beyond to try to help the best way possible and even recommended me to the generic brand of dog food that had the same ingredients that they had large bags of. It was bummer that it did not work but I will say it was so nice of her to help me. She has a wonderful attitude and is so helpful.
