The people are so wonderful at Chitwoods. My dog had been sick, and I needed to give her pills but she wasn't eating anything so I couldn't hide it in a treat like usual. I had been all over looking for a pill popping tool for dogs without luck. When I went to Chitwoods, they didn't have one either, but spent the time with me to problem solve a solution and ultimately we came up with crushing the pill, adding to water and using a syringe to get it toward the back of the dogs throat easily, and they provided me with the syringe. It worked brilliantly. I've been here many times and they're always so helpful and friendly, but this experience was certainly above and beyond and not the type of customer service you get anywhere else these days. I am kinda new to town and if I had only read one review I would never try this place but I went on and read all the reviews. I will tell you what I think and I am a very practical person with reasonable common sense. There is a lot of reviews here and if you take the time to read them you will find out they are like 99% positive, when this is the case I have to advise the complainer to take a look at him or herself because if almost EVERYONE has a good experience here then maybe your bad experience is your fault. Still trying to charge tax on stock feed, even though the state of Arizona says no one can charge taxes on stock feed. Tried to say her business was exempt and other businesses were gonna pay when they were audited. Funny Ibwas there almost a month ago, tried to charge tax, called her on it, she got an attitude and re-run it, THEN rounded my purchase up almost .50, it's not the dollar amount, it's the principal.
