May 6 today was my birthday was very upset in headquarters cafe.... Please give me feedback and let me know if I'm in the wrong.. May 6 today was my birthday now..I went to headquarters to have breakfast.Now we know that there Was damage to the building and since then, they rebuilt it and"" they changed the ""menus"".. My waitress came over the guy with the long beard. I ordered a coffee my wife ordered a Sprite. He shortly returned and gave us our Drinks.. So after a couple minutes he comes back to take our order.. I ask him if he has the breakfast that they used to have on the menu because I did not see it. [[]/-??So he ''told" me."" I don't know what was on the menu.

Atmosphere is rather non-existent unless you like a quiet place to eat or enjoy your coffee. Can't complain about the food until now, which is a good reason to write a review!
Beware the Friday night 'all you can eat" fish fry dinner! Cuz unless you come in early, you ain't getting "all you can eat"! They close at 7. We came in at 5:20. Sat ouselves with more than enough time to chow down on some fish. Ordered the fish. It took about 20-25 minutes to get served. My wife ordered the grilled chicken.
Waiter/manager indicated chicken was tender. It was tough and dry. The fish was decent... though maybe a little overdone. Took a minute to get the waitresses attention, but two of us ordered more fish.
And we waited and waited and at about 6:40 the waitress came by and said they're still working on it. Realizing how much time they required to get the fish out, I ordered a third dish. 5 minutes later manager/waiter comes over and tells us they have no more fish. Or maybe the real story is the fish was frozen and they couldn't batter it? Claims it's only "all you can eat" until they run out. But they didn't run out if they're in there trying to batter frozen fish! And what took them 35 to 40 minutes to let us know they had no more fish??
Needless to say, I went home hungry. My friend went home hungry. My wife, also waiting for the fish to replace her un-edible chicken, finally got a machaca dish. She took a few bites and the rest went into a to-go box and we decided to leave.

   Read moreThis would be my second time visiting this restaurant, and I placed a over the phone order for two simple items. Fried zucchini, and onion rings taking the order over the phone was good until I got home. I had asked for extra ranch I got absolutely nothing On top of that they just threw the fried items into Styrofoam containers that melted through so when I called to ask them why they didnât give me the ranch I spoke to Shane the girl that was a cashier around 1:40 PM and all she said was sorry with an attitude and I asked her is sorry all Iâm gonna get and she said sarcastically her response. Well I canât deliver the ranch, so this is not the kind of customer service that I received when I dined in the first time which was a couple of days ago, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up the phone on me, so I had to call back seven times to have her answer and give me the managerâs name and when I asked for her name, she was rude about it. This is a very long review, but this needs to be told how the customer service is here and this is how they treat customers who spend their money on food that they expect to receive as they ordered, poor customer service as of right now...
