I have worked with this company over 4 years and I always return to working with Artome for my elementary school art shows. Even through Covid, the company worked hard to try to meet the needs of its teachers and families. There were challenges after Covid and I noticed the company being highly proactive in response; trying to adapt to post Covid demands. They have become better and better, now offering virtual and hybrid options for art shows and they also offer framed reproductions for extended family members. My representative, Steve, has always catered to every email and special request I have presented. I often have late finishers who do not meet the deadline for framing and they have always worked with me to try to get as many students’ art framed for the show as possible. Every show, I have efficient and friendly staff who take all lot of stress and demands off my plate the night of the show. This year, I had Dylan and Robbie help me with my show and they were highly professional, accommodating and efficient. Read moreThis whole experience has been a nightmare! I will not be using Artomé ever again. The night of the show went alright, but afterwards, only half of my online purchases showed up. I even had artwork completely disappear! Day after day, parent’s emails have been trickling in because they never received their order(s). My hybrid show was back in early March, and I have a feeling I’m going to have to deal with this after school is out for summer! I have called customer service about multiple orders, a “ticket” was made and I get an email back claiming that the parents DID, in fact, get their orders, when they clearly didn’t because their child’s artwork was sent back in the “unpurchased/unframed” box. I’ve tried contacting my coordinator and he has completely ghosted me. On top of that, I was so embarrassed to hand out the framed artwork; it was so dirty, dusty and banged up. Definitely not worth $30! None of this can blamed on the pandemic. This is just poor business practices. I have spent WAY too much of my time...
Read moreHorrible experience With this company, I accidentally hit the ship to school option I tried to change it with no luck. I contacted the company via email, I was told I choice the ship to school option. Mind you, my email was asking how I could change the shipping to my address in Georgia. My second email asked the same question only I stated I would pay whatever the extra shipping would be, I got absolutely no response to that email. So today it was delivered to a school in Michigan and I live in South Georgia. I guess once these mor* get their money they could care less where your purchase goes. My granddaughter is very upset that I did not get the artwork she did. Needless to say, I’m outraged that this company is so irresponsible, thanks for making this a great experience for me (hard sarcasm).
