Donât expect to swim if you go. My son and I are Cobb County residents and werenât allowed to swim. We went to one Cobb County pool, which was closed (no notice of closure until we got there). After talking to the staff at that pool they recommended we go to the other Cobb County pool. Once we arrived there the manager said âyou canât swim with your kid in a lap lane.â I asked if that was a rule or somewhere written down that I would have known. He said, âno thatâs just how it is.â

This is a legitimate pool! It comes with two pools: one strictly to swim laps and one to dive into. This makes it perfect for swim teams and water classes. But, don't be intimidated if you're a beginner swimmer, the dive pool has a shallow end where you can get comfortable in the water.

Membership only or a daily fee, I reserve my lane/hour time slot online to secure that they are available, but they aren't typically busy during the weekdays in the middle of the afternoon so I'm sure I don't need to reserve online ahead of time.
