I stopped in around 12:45 pm to grab a small drink and an order of jalapeno bites. There are 4 jalapeno bites in an order. My order total was $3.79, making the jalapeno bites not the most economical thing on the menu. But they definitely aren't BK's main gig, and this doesn't reflect negatively on this particular store because I'm pretty sure prices are set by corporate. Besides, they were kind enough to give me a ranch dressing to go with it, even though I don't believe it automatically comes with dipping sauce.
The jalapeno bites were hot, crispy, and cheesy. The spice level was good for me. Little bit of spice but not so much that my mouth was on fire. They have one of the neat soda machines that have a bazillion options. I got coke zero.
But the best thing about this Burger King is the employees. They were friendly and efficient. And they did me a solid, big time. While filling my drink, I set down my debit card and I left it there. The next day, when I figured out what I had done, I called the store. I didn't have a lot of hope because the card was left right out in the public. But they had put my card away for me! I'm so grateful. I came by and picked up my card, and one of the employees said, "Oh yes, I remember your face!" I could be dealing with a drained bank account right now, but I'm not because these folks did the right thing. Thank...
Read moreYeah so no, the employee that helped me was patient and kind but the manager? Different story. She called out my order number and immediately said nevermind and I was at the front of the store so I assumed she was speaking to her kitchen staff then she called it out again, and I walked up and said “I’m sorry, I thought you were speaking to someone else” and she stared at me for a few seconds and said “nevermind, I didn’t even hear what you said” so I repeated it to her. She proceeded to stare at me again saying nothing so I said nevermind and walked away and she started talking under her breath. I immediately left and was going to leave a review on the receipt but it didn’t work the first time so I gave up. I’ll be returning in the future, not to actually spend more than a buck so I’m not loitering, but to record the actions of the manager until I have enough of a reason to file a complaint that the store is being improperly managed by an uncharismatic, disrespectful, and unmotivated person who makes it evident that the only reason they work there is to get a paycheck with no regard to caring about service. I went in around 6-7 on Wednesday, June 2nd and ordered an Impossible Whopper with ticket number 82 just in case she wanted a hint as...
Read moreWent by the friday to give BK yet another chance. Parked and started to walk in then BAM..denied. The door was locked and there was no sign on it stating the dining room was closed. It's cold outside and I wanted to dine in. Their app states dine in is OPEN. Worker leaning on the counter inside just points towards the drive-thru. Got back in my car and drove around to order. Worker was short tempered while ordering. Also stated that they were completely out of drinks except for bottled water. I wanted a combo with a coke and asked for a discount since I didn't even want the water and the worker was EVEN MORE RUDE. LAUGHED AT MY REQUEST! Whatever. Drove around and paid for my order, then to a parking space to eat my meal where I discovered that my burger had ketchup that I specifically asked for them to NOT put on, and hard, not even warm french fries. Guess it's really difficult getting ANYTHING right at BK. Nope, not gonna "have it your way" at any location I've been to recently....
