Subway — Restaurant in Marietta

The lady there is very rude and doesn't interact with the public well at all. I just walked in for lunch break, wanted to use the bathroom before I order. Proceed to open the bathroom door, and it was locked.... after her watching me standing there doing the "pee pee dance" for approximately 5min. She looks down at the front counter. I walked over knocked no one says anything..... I asked her if there was someone in there she just shrugged her shoulder a processed to walk away, before she was all the way in the back i asked her" is this the key" ? She said yes. I asked directly, well Ma'em why would you let me stand here all this time and not tell me this? Do you not want my business??? She just shrugged her shoulders again nonchalantly. I took the key open the door to find that at 11am in the morning, there was no tissue I came out told her, she sucked her teeth and shoowed her hand at me as if I was a bother and said, MENS! I was appealed??? You would rather tell me to use the men's instead of get me tissue? She just stared at me. I said this is rude I can just eat lunch elsewhere. She didn't move. I asked for store number and phone number. She refused. I walked to register found a old receipt. I will be calling and complaining. On top of it all Iam 4 months pregnant and extremely offended and taking back by her unwelcoming disposition and lack of customer service....

Can't rate the food because I never got a chance to order. Been thinking about a subway salad all day. I leave work and walk into subway, immediately once the doors open you feel like you just walked into a sauna. That was supposed to be my queue to leave as I had to call out to get someone to come from out of (I'm assuming the room with an ac/fan in the back. Btw, there aren't any fans in here and that explains why its empty. The guy finally comes and I say man, why is it so hot in here... AC broken. OK, let me look... 2 mins later and sweat starting to pour I notice, there aren't any salads listed on the menu. I ask, yall dont make salads anymore, yes what do you want he replies. So, you dont have a menu listing for me to analyze and see what I want? We have steak, chicken, what do you want he says... I want to look and not have to ask you to type in each item to tell me the price. Long story over, I left without getting a salad, way hotter and wetter than I came in. The older lady that works here is incredibly rude. I told her I had a coupon from Subway's texts and she took my phone, looked at me and then told me they don't accept them. That was fine, but then I told her I wanted a meal. I told her three times because the second sub in my order wasn't quite done yet and she was trying to push me out so she could take another order. She told me my total and I paid. I went to go grab the chips for the meal and she yelled at me across the store, saying no chips. I came up to her and told her that I ordered a meal and she said "well you need to pay for it" in a nasty tone when I had already told her multiple times I wanted to order a meal. She then charged me for a separate chips and drink which came up to more $ than the meal would have been. They were rude, refused coupons, and overcharged me.
