Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Marietta

Customer service is awful! Both workers went out at the same time for lunch leaving the store locked when it should be open 1 person is ALWAYS supposed to be in the store i know this because i have worked at a Metro PCS before. Also when they finally arrived they did not greet us or even apologize. They acted as if we were not even there standing in front of the door! It was the worst i will never try coming here again and i definitely do not recommend...

Customer Service was the worst I have the confirmation number and proof of the payment on my bank statement. We had to call the customer service line to get it fix. They automatically saw the payment no trouble. Please don't waste your time going here disrespectful people and I was treated unfairly. Never going to this location and hope corporate does something about...

Came in on Nov 15th around 5:30. Had a new phone and was trying to swap my phone. They were not helpful at all and kicked me out of the store for trying to figure out my situation there were 2 ladies in there one with glasses seems new and a heavy set lady who I guess was the manager. I also tried to add a line and she refused. I have this whole situation on film....
