My experience with Ms. KYM at Jordan Cole Jewelers: I sold merchandise to her in March 2025. She made a partial payment, and the remaining balance on the invoice is still unpaid. A few months later, she attempted to return the goods along with a check. I called her and explained that, as stated on the invoice, returns are not accepted after the allowed time period.
