What a clusterf√¢€ of nonsense this place is. Up until my last visit I had a pretty high opinion of cricket. But that last visit totally destroyed any high opinion I had. The main issue and reason for my visit to the store was that cricket had shut off service to my phone. Just days before I had modified my account which for some reason created a new billing cycle and the bill was paid then. So imagine my surprise when cricket told me I owed them for another month of service and then proceeded to shut off my phone. So I went to the store to deal with the situation in person. The guy at the counter was no help. Rather than look for a solution to what was obviously a mistake on cricket's part I was told "that's what the computer says" and apparently the "computer" is infallible and above any sort of conflict resolution. What the computer says is the only truth. Absolutely no help in resolving this issue was offered. It was 'pay up or get out' and for all the "convenience" or visiting the cricket store I was also going to be charged a $5 fee.    Read moreI stopped in yesterday (10/27/23) frustrated and in need of help. Eddie (store manager) was there and he went above and beyond! It was a Friday so people were popping in to pay their bills, buy phones, upgrade their phones and there were even a couple that came in and Eddie was able to trouble shoot their glitches within minutes. Eddie is a pro at multitasking!! He even offered me a water while he was doing 645 other things!! I started with Cricket in June. Phone service and affordability were my main concerns. They gave me one for temporary use until they could get me the right one and when I brought it back said it had physical damage and they couldn't take it back. Would never go back again. Went to Gamestop, the lady was able to get me a new sim card in 10 minutes.
