Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marinette

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. I’ve order from there sporadically throughout the 2 years I’ve lived here. Today was the first time in 6 months I tried to order from there and the last straw. I will never order from there again. The food is mediocre at best. The service is terrible. When you call the store, they take 5+ minutes to answer and the people are rude. Today I went to order some wings online and the app told me that the store doesn’t open until 4pm. What kid of pizza place doesn’t open until 4!? (It was 2:30). So my husband decided he would call the store. They took their usual 5 minutes to answer. The gentleman asked, “pickup or delivery?” My husband told him delivery and asked when they opened. The guy said “Um, hold on.” Put us on hold..... for 10min. Then someone else picked up the phone and asked how they could help us. My husband asked when they opened, the guy said 3pm and rudley told us that we could call back to order at 3, husband said no, I’ve already been on the phone for 15min trying to place an order. All he had to say was, “sorry.” 15min of our life we will never get back. Jimmy johns would have been at my house with my food in that amount of time....

They missed part of my order, call store to tell them I was missing part of my order, was then told I was “being transferred”,which is weird since it’s a local number, call was then promptly dropped. No phone call back, so we called from a different number, re-tell the issue, was then told they’d re-send the part of the order after the delivery driver came back. Waited over a hour, call the store again to ask what happened, they sent the order to the wrong place. Told them to re-send again and told the manager they needed to tip the driver for the inconvenience, manager says no and hangs up. Drive to store, and they conveniently closed early, we drove up around 11:20pm to speak directly. Online hours/ google listing and Pizza hut page say it’s supposed to be open till 12:00am. They had every opportunity to be spoken to nicely with me, but after the first phone call was dropped, they lost that opportunity. This is the first time it happened and it’ll definitely...

I made an order on the app, total was $30 some.. I paid and then waited.. after waiting a while so went back in my app to see when the order was going to arrive. When I checked, it showed that my order was now only $21 and did not include breadsticks? How did they adjust my order without notifying me? So thinking I somehow made a mistake I went back and checked how much my order would be without the breadsticks and it wasn't adding up, even after taxes and fees it shouldn't have been that price. So the app must have glitched or something removing breadsticks. We called the pizza hut to which they offered a "discount". we accepted. Only to find out when we received the breadsticks we were charged again for the delivery fee and the "discount" was only $1 which was less than paying a delivery fee. In total we ended up paying more than the original order even was before they removed an item....
