Joel (Denver Mattress) was fabulous to work with! He was very pleasant, helpful, informative, was able to answer all of my questions, pointed out important options, applied various sale prices, & shared finance & warranty options. He never made me feel pressured, but rather just made me feel supported & welcomed. I loved the experience of trying out the different levels of mattresses & adjustable bases, with Joel explaining things along the way. I felt very good about making my selections/purchases through Joel!

I also purchased a couple of headboards with the help of Joel, & Michaela (Furniture Row). They communicated very well with each other, as I began to inquire about headboard information. Michaela was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & answered all of my questions. She was so easy to work with!

Both Joel & Michaela explained how the delivery process would work, & they did a great job of coordinating the delivery of my purchases, so that everything would be delivered together.

My shopping and purchase experience today was all positive. Joel was fully attentive and helpful. Never pushy. I thought he asked me good relevant questions about my sleep issues, mattress preferences and interests. Most impressive was he listened well and showed me several good mattress options related to my answers. I never felt I was getting a canned sales pitch. Joel had me try several brands from various manufacturers and pointed out key information about each. He answered my questions without hesitation. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly without wasting my time. The pricing was competitive with another couple of local bed stores. Edit: I am changing this review in light of the excellent customer support from the Marion store location. They were very understanding and offered an accommodation I feel is fair. I can definitely say they care about their customers, both our happiness and our comfort. I advise any customers not to make the same stupid mistake I did and actually inform themselves of a company’s warranty and return policies prior to making a purchase.

Old review: Zero options to return or exchange at all without having also bought their protective mattress cover at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you buy or have another cover to use.
