Ordered a rumble chair recliner that was on sale and I am very disappointed. For starters the condition the chair when delivered was horrible. The two delivery men would not take it away after I expressed my dissatisfaction. It was covered in dust and the delivery men were unprofessional in my apartment. One of them seemed intoxicated and actually tried walking through my apartment and opening my kitchen cupboards. I complained about the delivery process and condition of the chair. I also later noticed the back of the chair was crooked and reached out regarding this issue as I had thought it was installed wrong. I was told it was a manufactured defect in the chair and that they don’t get many of those chairs (as if that excuses the fact) and I was told it was a “door buster.” I was issued a refund due to another cosmetic issue with the product as they refused to take back the chair and now I’ve noticed the chair is sinking in on the back corner that is crooked and Furniture Row will do nothing to fix this issue. I paid almost $1000 and got back only $200 in refunds and the chair may not even work. I wasted my money and will NO LONGER do any business with them as they don’t stand behind their products. Would NOT recommend!! The store reached out to use to offer compensation for the problems we had here and we chose to accept the offered $150 in-store credit (was also offered $89 cash as an alternative). We feel the store's offer makes up for the poor customer service and long delivery time we faced previously. We have been enjoying the couch and tables we purchased - they seem built to last and will hopefully last through our dog's puppy years. Ordered a couch, end table, and coffee table here. We paid the extra money to have the couch delivered and placed in our home but were told we'd have to come pick up the tables. Were told it would be 6 - 8 weeks for the couch and 5 - 6 weeks for the tables and that they would give us a call when we could pick up tables / to schedule the couch delivery. 9 weeks went by and we received no phone call. When we called, we were told it would be another few weeks. When another few weeks went by, we called again. Basically, our customer service experience here was horrid. No one from the store ever called us - we were constantly having to check up on our (very late) furniture (we called at least 5 times). We will never be making another purchase from this store again. VERY UNHAPPY with their best bed frame, as it creaked like something out of the 1940's. They did replace it (employees hit our walls with the metal frame, no respect for our home) and the replacement did the same thing in a different area of the frame within a month. Plus, they charged us a $45 delivery fee for product that was only 6 weeks old!! They refused to replace it again after my husband visited the store June 16th. Instead the employee gave my husband a different caster/roller and said replace it yourself and put grease on the shaft. The caster was not the correct one. POOR service attitude. So, we took the frame apart ourselves and discovered the area on the cross bar support where it attaches to the side rail had welding slag that needed to be removed for a smoother metal on metal contact point. We shouldn't have had to figure out the problem ourselves for $5,700. Have spent a lot of money with Denver Mattress/Furniture Row in the last 8 years BUT NEVER AGAIN!!
