I spent hours with Scott trying to come up with a solution. He made super huge promises, spoke very highly of his abilities and guaranteed what he could do. I have waited 3 months, waiting, waiting, waiting and never returned. I fight internet issues every single day. He claims he can do what no one else can.... just not what I have experienced. Super nice guy. Very professional when we met.... BUT none of that matters if you dont deliver. My wife and children are home and NEED internet for safety, security etc. Complete let down. At minimum tell us you cant or wont help us, dont leave us...

We pay $70 a month for internet that is worse than dial up. We have complained numerous times and it's no better. He told my Dad he would come fix the problem and never showed up. Horrible customer service. Edit: after I submitted this review, Scott called my dad within an hour (on a Sunday) of submitting it and was yelling at my dad and harassing him about my review and even went as far as to tell my dad "I know you're just an old man..." extremely rude, and even more unprofessional. I would never recommend this...
