Called on Friday to see how late they are open... The guy politely says open till midnight... Okay, so I plan to go with my kid and her friend Saturday 10:00 p.m. walked in at 10:15 p.m. the guy at the counter says.. sorry we're closed. I said I just called on the phone, the guy on the phone told me open till midnight. He pulls out his device, scrolls through and shows me the open and close times, which clearly says on his screen 10: 30pm. I said your device says 10:30 but it's not 10:30 yet it's 10:15.. he said sorry closed. I politely asked you can't open a lane for 20 minutes? He responds and says his computer shuts off automatically he cannot do anything after it shuts off.. so now I know why several groups of people are turning around and walking away and leaving.. lots of money to be made, but everybody's getting sent out the door.. online times are clearly wrong, the employees obviously don't even know what time they close.. Some ppl don't think so but my family and I think they are the best nachos (supreme) u can get from any bar! While we were there Crest Lanes had a bowling league going. This league (Saturday around 1:00) is a league for "special needs" ppl. Quite a few ppl were in wheelchairs, and it was cool to see what different methods they used to get the ball to pick up spares. We also saw a few strikes, which brought me to tears to see how happy some...
