Wonderful, flat running surface. Peaceful trail and not overly busy.

Starting at Miller road and running west is wide open farm land on the south and railroad tracks on the north. I'm downgrading a star only because one day a train stopped over the trail for half an hour. That's a runner's buzz kill!

Running East is much more secluded. For the security minded, this area leaves a lot to be considered. I've only run this way twice and once a (possibly homeless) dude was wondering along talking to himself. On the other occasion there was, what appeared to be, a homeless dude sleeping on a park bench. I was not threatened nor even approached on either occasion. It could be uncomfortable for some folks.

This trail is very nice, and well kept.... However, with as much foot traffic and as many dogs on the trail as there are, this isn't the best biking trail out there. If you are going for a cruze, then its great but if you are going on a more serious bike trip, stay off of this trail! It...
