PC Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Marion

Literally this might be the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I am a brick oven fanatic and I have scoured the nation for the best recipes. I tried the White Pizza this time. I have lived here for 3+ years and I hate myself that I ever wasted one penny getting pizza anywhere else... I never leave reviews this is my first like ever for a place i don't work at----- they will be getting all my business and I can't wait to try more selections. A spinning brick oven alone is so unique and perfectly melts and cooks a perfect balanced crust from a thin but also chewy standpoint. Thank you God and mankind for making my day brighter and Grant County a better place...

The pizza in this place was delicious the only problem was that all the toppings were in the center of the pizza like they did not care when they assembled it. The red sauce Pizza is delicious but the white Pizza is missing a something... maybe a nice salty pesto ? The ordering process is very confusing. I'm not easily impressed, but 4 stars is because of the toppings all being in the center on 2 pizzas. I will definitely be back to try a few more items on the menu. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Way better than brooks...

Ordered a large pizza last night was told 20 minutes. Come sit down they tell my pizza is in the oven. Another man comes in with a large to go order thats almost done. They give him my pizza ask me what I ordered again. Apparently that man and I ordered the same pizza but they gave him my fresh one and gave me the one that was made for his call. Said "sorry bro we gave away your pizza" here's this one that sat in there idk how long in the heating table. It definitely wasn't fresh. Disappointing service. Dissatisfied...
