The only reason why this store doesn't get 0 is because that isn't a choice. I went into the store to transfer a #. Long story short, the # was never transferred. They gave me a new activation with a new # (which I never paid attention to because they acted like they transferred my #). I paid off my phone to bring that phone to the service and noticed that the # wasn't transferred and out of nowhere someone turned my sim card off (the phone was working fine until I went into the store) so the system wouldn't transfer my #. This was day 2. I went back to get my money back because they hadn't done anything that was requested and they informed me (after a dialogue in the store) that activations aren't refundable. This would be fine but the only reason why I went there was to TRANSFER my number which was the basis for this whole purchase. I do not recommend. They will not listen and...
