Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marksville

Went through drive thru. The lady that took the order was in no way mean, but only spoke what had to be spoken. There was never a thank you, or when I said thank you, there was never a you welcome. I had to go back and get a spoon to be able to eat my taco salad. Again the lady was not mean, just not saying anything. I can only speculate, but she seemed ( as I've worked years in retail) like a nice person but unhappy with what was going on in the inside with other workers. When Ireachedin the bag to get my daughter's taco, the taco fell put of the paper it was wrapped in. So to get the rest out, I was 'more' careful. My taco salad was in a box. When I opened it, you could tell they had layed the items separately but they had been thrown all over. It was a serious mess. But I kept my mouth shut and ate it anyway. Placed an order online for the first time and they messed it up big time. I spend almost $40 for them to screw it up . Ordered 3 nacho fries they gave me cheese NO Fries, ordered sauce no sauce ,not 1 napkins, didn't put the lettuce on my taco. Then I called 3 times for someone to finally answer and of course I'm pissed a girl answered the phone who wasn't even supposed to answer and didn't want to talk to me so she proceeds to call John who was on his phone after she yelled at him multiple times and I ask for the number to corporate he doesn't know it of course. I ask him to put my name down to get it another time as we already made it back to the room we were at and he tells me there is no where to white my name like are you serious rn. Went to drive thru around 6:30pm, had a sign saying close at 7pm due to Short staffing. The young lady who was taking orders was very rude and unprofessional when i was placing my order. I did speak to shift manager on duty, it not always what you say it’s how you say it. I asked the young lady if i could substitute nacho fires since they were out for an extra taco instead and she was very snappy and rude with me. By the way there were also out of Dr Pepper, cinnamon twist, crunch wraps as well! I’m a person that never complains about food but customer service is the key to a successful establishment even if short on inventory and I understand sometimes customers can be tough to deal with but this young lady needs training on...
