30 mins before close i went thru the drive thru to order a family sized box of chicken with biscuits & 2 large mashed potatoes. They were out of mild, which is what i ordered. The wait was 15 minutes, which i willing to do. Needless to say they forgot all about me, even after the manager came outside for a smoke break & me waving them down & honking (because the inside was locked, otherwise i would have gladly walked in myself to get it). I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food, with my 2 kids in the car. If i wouldnt have already paid i would have left.. I was compensated with 4 old & cold apple pies that had probably been sitting out all day.. i know people make mistakes & that stuff happens, but when you are the only customer & your waiting 45 minutes for your food, thats...

Visited this restaurant tonight. Food was all very cold, tasted disgusting, and was very undeserved. Because I had a disagreement with thomasina some time ago, I believe this is why my food was that way. When I pulled to the window, the Manager on duty and all workers were laughing before I even paid. To try to start drama, they made her come to the window to take my payment, but i said nothing. I never said a word. I handle things professionally. I won't be going back, but I'll be pushing this further. Very unprofessional to play in people's food at these prices. Stopped in here for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean and the tables were bussed. The lady at the counter, Letita, was very polite and helpful. Very refreshing in today's world. Food came out quick and hot. My wife got the three tender combo with cajun fries and I got the three piece combo of dark meat with red beans and rice. They subbed in two wings for the legs which was great, so I had one thigh and two wings. We both got the spicey and it was just right. Our biscuits were fresh, warm and buttery tasting. The middle was soft and I added a little honey on mine. Overall, the meal hit the spot and the counter service was refreshing.
