I have been using Walmart auto care for years but this is by far the worst experience I think I’ve ever had.
I had my tires rotated on Saturday, my car rode rough afterwards. I came back to have the 7 month old tires balanced. Appears the tires are unevenly worn. I had shocks put in after the tires then the alignment all within 3 weeks of purchasing the tires. We stood around pondering what to do…they finally said it appears to be a shock or alignment issue but they could balance them and see what happens. Matthew (his name tag says Matt) came in and said mam you have a piece of metal in your tire he said we could fix it but the tire is in the same shape as the other ones…and it’s a slow leak…as if to leave the piece of metal in the tire! I said please fix the tire. It took almost 2 hours to get my tires balanced and a tire patched. Why? I was the only customer there at the time. I needed a bulb for my turn signal light and he said we wouldn’t put it in for you because it’s hard to get to. We reached the register and he looked up the bulb number, but hence said did you want me to go look for it for you? They were not going to give me any paperwork documenting my service since it was “FREE” no, it wasn’t free…I paid for those services when I purchased the tires. The service I received today was very slow, lazy work. I’m not quite sure how to identify him insinuating to leave the piece of metal in the tire. I wish these ratings came in 1/4 of stars, I would give a fourth of a star for Matt holding the door for me in the way out because by the time I left I had a...
