I bought 3 appliances a range, maytag washer and a dishwasher i’ve had problems with the dishwasher but mostly with the maytag washer 6 months into the washer it wasn’t cleaning my clothes i thought it must be me not my brand new maytag but it turned out it was the washer the dispenser was bad, and while waiting for that part & waiting for my dishwasher part the clip that locks the washer broke so when he came to fix the dishwasher I told him about the clip which i did report but he wasn’t told now i’m without a washer for a month I have to go to a laundry mat, talked to the manager Johnathon nice guy btw he told me about the company BM has that insures their extended warranty contract, I didn’t even know I had it cause you can schedule repair work and they will honor BM extended warranty contract and have someone else come out for the repair apparently, no luck there but talked to Whirlpool they are terrible was on hold for 3 hours, they said after a year old no, they don’t honor extended warranties, my washer just made a year so went back to BM to schedule repair for the guy to come out, there is only one accredited service repair man and one person that answers the phone and they have to wait till Whirlpool sends them the needed parts and then to be scheduled to come out again. I truly didn’t know that, Imagine how you would feel if you had people yelling at you all the time talking about. When is this guy going to come out? When is my part coming in , when my new appliance going to be fixed, because you know that folks are outraged I was outraged too!, it’s a new appliance, that’s everyday ! they’re trying ! I know they are trying! It just takes as long as it takes. The problem is Whirlpool. Maytag is supposed to be the best They should back their product and not just after a year., not so difficult to fix, Yes, I want my washing machine fixed. I wanna go back to normal. , so I’m back to waiting on my Bon Marche repair man waiting on Whirlpool. I’m waiting in line just like everybody else. I don’t know how long a clip takes to come in. I don’t know anything anymore after dealing with Whirlpool They are the worst. I have no idea what to do about this it hopelessly uncontrollably lost. We are blown away, My husband and I Would love some help, and I would love to update this review I usually have a great experience there since the 90’s when y’all were at Westside Shopping Center buying appliances for my dad. 12/06/2024 Thank you Danielle & Joe for moving heaven and earth to get my washing machine fixed! I know it’s hard not to be freaking out and outraged, but they’re the only ones it’s not a team he is the only technician who is accredited and think of that with all the companies that make these brands of washing machine, dryers refrigerators, and one person to answer the phone. and yes, it made a difference to me once I found that out! Read moreWent in to purchase a stove. The stove was $500+. Paid $60 for delivery and $159 for the five year warranty. Ended up paying $886. We were told the delivery would be at 12 noon but when no one called or showed up, i called at 2 and they said they don’t give delivery times they just come when they can and call when they are on their way. #redflag. The delivery guy dropped off the stove and left. Started to put the stove together but it DOES NOT COME WITH A NEW CORD!!!! So if you don't already have a stove make sure you but a cord. The Manuel also stated that the stove must be installed by a licensed electrician or technician or the warranty is void. However, they sell the warranty without installation and if you mess the installation up it voids the warranty they just sold you. We then had to call and have them come out an install the stove which was another $135 and they then brought the new cord. This same stove was sold at HOME DEPOT for $779 but was on backorder and they did not know when they would get any in. Had we gotten the stove at Home Depot they would have delivered and installed with the $79 warranty and I would have saved a lot more money. Please pay attention to everything when buying from them and definitely get everything in writing or record...
Read moreI am really unhappy with Bon merchant furniture . My family we all been buying stuff from them for years. The service is terrible. My ice-maker went out in my refrigerator. Freezer technician came out, told me it was the ice-maker itself paid almost 300 bucks for that to get fixed. Week later, still no ice being made in the freezer He came back out he said it’s a port in the back of the refrigerator that’s another almost 200 bucks have to order the part that’s going to be another week later for it to come in really unhappy with the service I think all that should’ve been looked at and checked the first time the technician came out almost a month later refrigerator still not fixed ice-maker really unhappy with the service really unhappy with the situation I will not refer nobody to Bon merchant no more hear a month later ice-maker still not working I am no one to deal with BON merchant on The Westbank Expressway no more month later ice maker still not working I will not, and I will not refer anybody to BON merchant...
