Let me start by saying I had a lot of hope for this place. I never been here and most crawfish places were closed on this day. I went in expecting some decent crawfish. I have never been so disappointed in crawfish. They were completely watered down, no flavor or spice to them at all, and were still pretty expensive. The ONLY thing notable about the crawfish is the sizes were good. When I called and informed the business of the disappointing crawfish, their response was, "Well, we got a new boiler so he's learning." Wouldn't it be a good idea to atleast try the crawfish he is making then before selling it to the public without even advising anyone of this. I guess at this point, I am just ranting and am irritated because I had extremely high hopes and was let down by this place.

Main point is, if you're looking for good quality seafood and honest people, this is the WRONG place to go. Go to Sal's seafood or Johnny's seafood in Marrero, I should have listened to the review telling me this prior to making my purchase but I am hard headed. Don't be hardheaded like me, go...

Have been getting my crawfish from here for a couple years now, very courteous and professional. I asked to see the difference between their pond and river crawfish and not once did they hesitate. They brought me to the back and showed me both sacks. I've yet to see anything but smiling faces and pleasant business. If someone is griping about the line that is sometimes out front... plan ahead better... there is a line for a reason! Small business of this caliber is a rarity in its own and I appreciate that! Dishonest people, feel like they’re prejudice against Asians. Called in the morning to see if they have crabs, gave a one price. Arrived, was told there was no live crabs. Called again to confirm, was given a different price. Went inside this time to ask, initially was told there was none, until insisted I just called them they found some. Half were dead.
