I keep this small town bank ,in addition to several Online bank accounts , Only for the customer service help of having real people etc. However, every time you call about anything, “which you really shouldn’t ever need to do if there wasn’t issues”they act like they are slammed busy and will put you on hold for atleast a few minutes. The “Fraud Protecton” locks my card for “fraud” when I try to make simple petty small purchases, or pay the same bills that I’ve been paying for months. They charge you a 10$ fee to get a replacement plastic debit card even if you have had it for years and the “mag strip” wears out on its own from use. AND the interest rates are bad...
