Opening night!! Group of 4 went to enjoy what we all know and love from the classic food truck turned brick and mortar. Very friendly staff was our first observation, our waitress was pleasant and on point. We were even greeted by Maria, one of the owners, during our visit. She came to our table to check on things and to spark conversation. We mentioned visiting the food truck in the past and congratulated her on her new establishment. The food came and it was wonderful. Authentic Mexican cuisine as advertised, we enjoyed it very much. Their lime margarita needs to be better but again, it’s night 1. All things said, we believe this was a positive experience. There were bumps along the way. Longer wait times and a little bit unorganized but you expect that from a place that JUST opened. I think people should try this place as their food is wonderful and within a week or so I believe the staff will be clicking on...

We are neighbors of this fine establishment. The family that owns it has made tremendous efforts to create an authentic, festive, and comfortable environment. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a valued customer and was pleased with the menu. Honestly, I was surprised by the variety and authentic options. I started with some fresh chips and salsa and ordered a blended strawberry margarita. It was delicious. After surveying the menu I decided to test the waters with Chile Releno which is an authentic Mexican staple requiring a freshly prepared approach. It arrived in a timely manner and was presented quite well. Flavor, freshness and quantity were excellent. I finished the entire dish enjoying every bite. I chatted with one of the owners and was pleased with the entire experience. The next time, I’ll bring the whole family!...

The staff were all so great and I love that they were willing to ask questions and seek clarification as needed while training. I’d rather answer a question than have to get the order corrected!

The drinks were very well made and the complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and flavorful! My son’s cheese quesadilla plate was a great price with lots of well made food. Our main courses, El Burrito Rey (steak) and the Chimichanga dinner (compechano), were so tasty and a great size for dinner. We also tried the tacos, campechano and lengua, which were incredible!
