I reached out to Stark on Highway 19 to test drive a 2013 Honda Crv. I received a call a few minutes later that the vehicle I wanted to test drive started making an unexpected noise. They seemed to know what the issue was and how to fix it, but they didn't feel comfortable selling the vehicle with an unknown issue (which I appreciated). There was a newer, lower mileage CRV that they had on the lot and they offered it to me at a reduced sale price to make up for the car that I had originally wanted to test drive.

I loved the car, the purchase went very smoothly and I left happy. After a few days of driving, the car started making a transmission noise. My initial thought was "thats what you get for buying a used car" and I planned on calling that afternoon to complain and do my best to convince them to take a look. However, soon after I noticed the issue I received a check-in text from Stark to see how I was enjoying the car. I told them about the transmission issue and they told me to drop it off so they could take a look. They fixed the issue quickly for no charge and provided me with a loaner car in the meantime. (They very well could have just told me that the car is purchased in "as is" condition and sent me on my way.)

I worked with Jose and had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics, Joe. Both were kind, professional, and had an extensive knowledge of honda motors and drivetrains. They made it clear that they make a point to sell only RELIABLE models of used cars over all else. After visiting several dealerships looking for a used car I can say these were the most genuine people I have worked with. They truly just want to get people into cars they will enjoy. I can confirm that, as many other reviews have said, their customer service does not end when you walk out the door.

For starters... I hate buying cars.

I found a van with Stark on 19th. It was a long drive away. Talked with Shawn. Seemed like a decent deal, but I'm skeptical by nature.

Drove out (3.5 hrs away), the van was as described. Because we couldn't get there any other day but Saturday, we couldn't have an independent mechanic look at it. We bought it, but said we'd still like to take it to a mechanic.

There were a couple minor things that popped up. I was nervous we'd be out of luck. Not the case. Shawn was very responsive and things were taken care of appropriately.
