Golden Dragon Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Marshall

Poor food and service. Ordered the top dish, the Seafood delight with veggies. Menu clearly stated lobster meat, crab meat, jumbo shrimp. Only thing good was the shrimp and they were medium size not jumbo. There was NO lobster or crab meat. They served cut up imitation crab meat sticks which is mostly Pollock. In fact the whole plate looked like a mixed bag you would buy from a grocery freezer. Came with tepid, tasteless rice. On ordering, I asked how it was served, she said with white sauce. The sauce was thin salty broth. Waitress/cashier was stone faced. I ordered tea, she said will take some time to brew. Finally brought a cup with a tea bag in it. After serving the meal, she never returned. I saw her sitting at a table sewing. Had to waved her over and asked for sweet/sour sauce which came. She never came back so I left cash and no tip. Can't expect much from a small town of 3,900 people in Wisconsin...wish I went to...

Terrible. Rude service and really bad food. Ordered the General Tso's Shrimp and Steamed Dumplings. The "shrimp" wasn't actual whole breaded shrimp, it was some sort of processed shrimp paste encased in soggy breading. It had the consistency of chicken fat. Tried a couple of bites and gagged on each one. Into the garbage it went. Oh well, I had the dumplings to fall back on. Unfortunately those were undercooked and so full of 5 spice that they went into the garbage as well. Don't get me wrong, I live Chinese 5 Spice, but this tasted like they accidently spilled half the container into the meat mix. Bad bad bad. You’d think that in the time of a global pandemic that those who work in the food industry would wear masks? And especially if they’re coughing all over the place while they’re making the food? Apparently not here. We ordered takeout, after we’d had a great experience previously, but then we observed the cook coughing all over tonight. Apparently their plastic barriers are only for their benefit? Wasn’t worth going back to get a refund but we did dump the food before even opening it up. I’m disgusted and unnerved during this time of Covid-19, and we won’t be returning. Please wear masks or stay home if...
