Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Marshall

I ordered two meals of tacos off of DoorDash. I made sure before submitting that it was correct. After the DoorDash brought us our food I realized that there was only two tacos instead of two meals. I’ve worked a Dairy Queen in the past and I understand that it’s kind of hard to put in orders from DoorDash so it was all good so I called up there and asked if I can drive and get my order fixed. The manager said yes so I drove up there. When I got there the girl at the front (lovelea) was really nice when I told them I came for my mess up order of tacos. After given the tacos lovelea gave me no sauce what so ever. So I asked the lady next to her for some sauce and extra sauce. That is when the sweet girl than rolled her eyes at me and changed to a completely different person. I’m not sure what happened to this DQ. When they first opened a few years ago, though super busy, the food was always hot and fresh. Lines were long, but the food was worth the wait. This has not been our experience the last few times we’ve been here, but tonight was the worst. For almost $17, we got one six piece steak finger combo with curly fries, and a drink - and did not upsize. We asked for the new DQ sauce so I don’t know if that was extra. Both it and the gravy were good and fresh. The drink and steak fingers were good enough. There were less than ten fries, and I’m pretty sure the toast was made this morning because we could have used it for a hockey puck it was so hard. Disappointing for almost $20! Service was quick even with a line of cars. And the attendant was kind and patient with me and my loud music 😜😁😁(this post 2 years ago). New workers gotta be, cause this happened on my last visit they gave me my blizzard first then I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Needless to say, the blizzard melted. I'm 46, so I can't eat my desert first, like when I was in my 20s. So when they brought our food, I gave her the melted blizzard back. She said, "I can't give you another one cause it wasn't melted when I gave it to you. My response was that if I hadn't had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, it would still be.(smh) How bout she took it back in, cleaned it off.
