My Fiancé went in to buy my engagement ring. The lady helping him showed him several, including what she called "a new style." Turns out the ring is NOT considered an engagement ring, it is a FASHION RING! (We discovered this when looking for a wedding band to go with it....WHY would you show someone a Fashion ring when they were clearly looking for an ENGAGEMENT ring?!) I absolutely love my ring so it doesn't matter what it is classified as to me....we are going to have two bands, (one for each side) custom made but Marcotte Jewelry will NOT be making them! A week or so later I took another ring in that I had lost a diamond out of. Dropped it off, they said they would call when it was done. About 10 days later I called to see if it was done and if I could possibly pick it up on Saturday as I was going to be in town. The service was faulty, returning a product that wasnât as ordered. After a second service, it still didnât match the exemplar we had chosen. They tried to charge us for both services, saying they wanted us to be happy, but they were not willing to do anything towards that end. Only after an extended protest did they only charge the one service fee, but they asked us not to come back, which is fine by us. Between a girl who pushed a service we did not need, and a man who was rude and insensitive, we just see no need to subject ourselves to that kind of...

I told him it was a rare watch and he said and I quote âThere is probably a reason for thatâ.
He then half way pulled out part of the alignment ring, causing the motion of seconds dial to fall off itâs central pinion.
This guy had no interest or patience to examine how to correctly dismantle the watch.
WILL NEVER...
