Mattress Barn — Local services in Marshall

My wife and I decided it was time for a new bed set, so of course, we headed to mattress barn and put their 20th anniversary edition with an adjustable base on layaway. We also purchased new pillows and a bed sheet set. Our in-store experience was great! Free delivery once paid off. Our biggest issue was the lack of professionalism with the delivery person. From our understanding, Mattress Barn would dispose of our old bed and install our new bed... we were very wrong. Not only was did I have to help bring our new bed inside, but the driver refused to take our old bed and install the new one. Upon our request, we were told it would cost anywhere from $20-$40 to take the mattress and he didn't even give us a price for install. He said he wasn't sure on pricing. If we had gone to slumber land, the install and disposal would be included. I thought we were told he would take our old bed, but i must have misunderstood. After spending more than $1,400, I would definitely think disposal and installation would be included. And after all that, we spoke with the delivery person and found out they had forgotten our bed sheets! It was a very frustrating day and now we have to dispose of our old bed on our own. I would like to make more purchases from mattress barn, but their lack of communication about install and disposal and their apparent forgetfulness with our order makes me doubt that we will make...

Bought our first ever sectional. We took advantage of the 0% financing. It was offered through Wells Fargo...so if you already bank there it is super easy to view and make payments on the app. The couch we had delivered and installed in the house. The delivery was behind but they were very punctual in giving us an update so that was very nice. The delivery boys did a great job hauling out our old couch and bringing in the new. Also...if you have furniture you are looking to get rid of to make space for something new...send them pictures and you might just receive some gift card $$$ and they will pick up when they deliver to use for their Clearance Barn. Picked up a variety of things a few years ago but specifically wanted to mention their service and outdoor furniture.

Their service was friendly, easy going, and trustworthy... not a surprise as they're good people.

The outdoor furniture we've had a few years and has held up exactly as stated. No fading, comfortable, and solid. They don't move easily in high winds but they did recently fly 100-150yrds when we got hit by straight line winds. Most of the chairs were in-tact, a couple had loose screws, and few more had boards separate entirely (it was alot of force).

They are simple to repair, not a single board was broken, and they haven't faded at all. Wood/metal furniture would have shattered/bent, I know because our wooden playset also flew about as far and did just that.
