Rooms are cleaned great. Housekeeping is on point.

STOP dumping canned biscuits and gravy into a pan and calling it breakfast! That is the worst slop I have ever seen. I know there is supposed to be a menu however every time I stay here it’s a pile of runny snot for breakfast. Stop it please. It’s gross!

I stay here every week because my options are limited for work. Every single stay I get locked out of my room on nights 2,3,or 4 because employees refuse to take an extra minute to double check how many nights I am staying. It feels like laziness. How hard would it be make a breakfast that is not runny snot? Come on AmericInn you can do so much better than this.

The first three times I stayed here I was fortunate to stay in the same room every visit. I can tell you that it feels like laziness of staffs side. They have forgotten that these people pay good money for these rooms. A safe, comfortable,clean room is expected however in this business you have to do more. I know you...

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any occasion. My fiance and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved everything about it. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The pool was indoor and heated, which was very nice as it was snowing outside. We used the hot tub a lot and we loved it! Our room also had a hot tub in it and we loved how comfy the room was. The breakfast food was delicious! Shakeera at the front desk was very helpful every time we needed something. I thought I was bothering her because it was a lot going on with hockey but she assured me that she was happy to help. Great with handling everything at once. Loved talking to her. This is much better than what I expect from a two star hotel.

It has my two must haves. White bedding and hot eggs for breakfast.

We had a suite and the room was large and spacious.

We really appreciated the hotel letting us ship package there from Amazon.

Two downsides. The carpet smelled a bit like mildew in the halls and room. They could really up their game by just replacing the carpets. Even a good steam clean would probably make a world of difference.

The bathroom has the typical issue with the calk around the tub. Not sure why that is so frequently a problem.

The room was also not quite perfectly cleaned. There was an empty creamer container on the floor (i only drink black coffee)

All around, really a good stay. I would get the exact same room next time I'm in town or maybe try the other nice hotel in town to see how they compare, but they don't have...
