Wobbly tables for over a year. So bad you spill coffee when setting it down.
Super loud beeping when bagels are done being cooked, enough where I'm sure employees have hearing damage, customers too. (Not sure if this has been solved as haven't been back for awhile.
Bad acoustics resulting in asking twice when ordering coffee, then still ending up with wrong coffee.
Last time I went in they only had 1 drip, usually they have 3. Bunch of inventory was out too.
Usually have to ask for creamer, they never have it out for people to use.
If you want to in there and have a conversation you will be yelling. No joke. Acoustics again are terrible and between the worlds loudest espresso machine and a handful of people talking good luck.
I've been to the second highest mountain in Central America (third world country on a mountain). The base hut Cerro Chirripo at 12,000ft. They had free internet, hot coffee, and tables were not wobbly, just saying.

Read moreI have been a frequent customer for years, I had went to caribou today at 1pm to order one of my normal lattes that I get very frequently and as I was driving off I realized it tasted off. Very plain, hardly any flavor at all. I had called and politely explained my coffee did not taste right and had asked if it was okay for me to come back and have my latte remade. The barista carried on to immediately say “No I was actually the one who made your coffee. I know how they’re made and I made it correctly. It’s 3 pumps of caramel and 2% milk.” I had explained again that I’ve ordered this many times and it just didn’t seem correct. She refused and stated “yeah unfortunately I can’t remake it for you no, I made it correct”. (My drink was over $7 plus a tip from myself) As a prior barista for years myself this was extremely rude. You need to treat the customer as if they are always right even if your “certain” your correct and remake their drink for them. I’ve never been one to complain once to this company. (This was not a barista I’ve seen at carribou before so I’m sure she was new) but I hope her and management both read this review as she will make caribou lose customers quickly with...
Read moreThis location is consistently struggling with staffing issues. Pay your staff a liveable wage and maybe you would find employees. If not shut the store down, it’s a joke. The staff is phenomenal, the people are always kind and upbeat despite the staffing issues and it is awful to watch a company that has so much money do nothing to help this store or the people who are attempting to keep it open. Regardless of franchise or not franchise I’m not sure of this location, the way it seems the staff are treated here is deplorable. 1 person can’t keep doing multiple peoples jobs for 10$ per hour. I tried to go here because it’s a small town and these are the options for a bagel, but I feel such guilt going through the drive through when it’s two teenagers stuck doing all of the work.
