No trees, no grass walking areas. No bathroom, no showers. No space between rigs. Totally asphalt and gravel, surrounded by a low mud wall and a ditch with river rocks, supposed to pass for a walking trail. The only grass is at the tiny dog park and tiny playground. Be careful where you step.
No nice restaurants nearby. Pair-a-Dice is a dive bar advertising prime rib on weekends, but it's short staffed and half the menu is not available. Expect to wait an hour, even at 6:30. The Mexican restaurant might be better, but it was closed.
This "resort" is one or two barren acres, bulldozed between Main St and farmfields, and it's full. Somebody is making money. Management is friendly enough.

It's not the owners fault, but it would be nice if it was picked up so I wouldn't have to worry about stepping in poop. They only allow 6 months' stay, no long term. Another thing is you need to adjust the Rv every now and then, for the ground is asphalt, which gets annoying. It is the country, so you get what's out there, like the horse next door, but it's definitely a...
Read moreThe park is very clean . I love the fact I can have my dogs, and they even provide dog waste bags. It has a very nice kid friendly play area and a real grass off leash area for your dog . A nice dog walk around the park AS WELL.. The manager Martin is one of a kind. He is so kind and helpful. Customer service is key, and he's top-notch. I highly recommend this rv park to anyone looking for a place to land. The rates are the best around. Each site is paved and beautifully maintained. It's close enough to all major cities and just far enough out to avoid people and noisey traffic. THEY even have a shuttle service to all the delightful vinyards here for a wine tasting extravagaza. Come stay relax...
