Guess the heat didn't work much like half of the games in there, they were either covered with a trash bag or the screens were completely blacked out and the lights off. The water fountain area is an absolute fire/safety hazard. I understand the play place is closed due to repairs so that's good that they at least have it blocked off, however the zip ties that are holding the netting on are an absolute safety hazard because they were cut and trimmed at an angle so they're extremely sharp even if somebody were to accidentally bump up against one of them. The prize cabinet was almost empty. It would have been nice if they actually turned more lights on in the rink area. Purely from a safety standpoint the rink should have been lit better even if it was the colorful flashing lights. Did not agree with a few of the songs they played during two young children's birthday parties but they did for the most part play family friendly popular music. Booked my daughters 2nd birthday party. February 2nd. $310 for 2 hours everything included (100 tokens) it said on the website 2 weeks ago, Filled out the form online for a pepperoni pizza and 2 drinks mtn dew and lemonade and asked for 2nd pizza cheese. Paid $50 deposit. Sunday came went in to pay the $250 for the rest of the party they charged $278. Everyone played games and had got hungry so I asked for the 2 pizzas to be made, the lady said oh well food and drinks don’t come with private party’s. I told her that’s not what the website said and she went and made the 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers. After everyone ate and we were getting ready to leave I was handed a folded up receipt for the charges of the 2 pizzas and 2 pitcher drinks. If I was aware of the extra charges we would’ve just bought our own food. This was definitely not worth the price. Half the games didn’t work or took your tokens. Just to let you know since the website has minimal info and they won’t tell you even if you speak to them ten times. The jungle gym area is closed.. half of the video games don’t work. The ones that do take 4 tokens and when you win tickets the machine you put them in to get your prizes doesn’t work correctly. ALSO with being charged per child for a party it’s an additional $2 per spectator…. Just figured I’d let you know so you have all the facts before you or your children are surprised or disappointed. Ended up paying over $400 for my 5 year olds...
